We want you to be completely satisfied with your portable projector purchase. If you are not happy with your order for any reason, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
To start a return, contact us at sales@householdtexture.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a return authorization and shipping instructions within 1-2 business days.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 3-5 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective product or our error.
If your projector arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a free return shipping label and send a replacement or issue a full refund — your choice. Please include photos of the damage in your initial contact to expedite the process.
If you would like to exchange your projector for a different model, please initiate a return for the original item and place a new order for the desired product. This ensures the fastest processing time.
