Shipping Policy

Free Shipping on All Orders

Household Texture offers free standard shipping on all orders within the United States. There is no minimum order requirement – every projector ships free.

Order Cut-Off Time & Processing Time

Order Cut-Off Time: 5:00 PM EST (Monday – Friday). Orders placed after 5:00 PM EST or on weekends/holidays will begin processing on the following business day.

Handling & Processing: Orders are processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days (Monday – Friday).

Delivery Timeframes & Carriers

We partner with trusted carriers including USPS, UPS, and FedEx to ensure fast and secure delivery.

Standard Shipping (Free): 3-7 business days within the continental United States (Monday – Friday transit).
Alaska, Hawaii, & US Territories: 5-10 business days.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary slightly during federal holidays and adverse weather events.

Shipping Region

We ship exclusively to addresses within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an automatic dispatch email containing your carrier tracking number. You can monitor your package journey in real-time through the carrier’s tracking portal.

Shipping Address Changes

Please ensure your delivery address is accurate during checkout. Address changes can only be accommodated before the shipment is picked up by the carrier.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is marked as delivered but missing, or arrives damaged, contact us immediately. We will open an investigation with the carrier and provide an expedited replacement or full refund.

30-Day Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your portable projector purchase. If you are not happy with your order for any reason, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Conditions

Items must be in their original condition with all accessories, cables, remote controls, and packaging included
Projectors must not have physical damage, scratches, or modifications
Software or firmware must not be altered from factory settings
Original receipt or order number must be provided

Restocking Fee

$0.00 (No Restocking Fees): We never charge any restocking fees on returns.

Return Shipping Costs

Damaged or Defective Items: If your projector arrives defective or damaged, return shipping is 100% free. We will provide a prepaid return shipping label and issue a full refund or free replacement.

Customer Remorse / Change of Mind: If you choose to return an item due to a change of mind, you are responsible for the return shipping postage to our warehouse.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, contact us at sales@householdtexture.com or call +1 (973) 242-5423 with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a return authorization number (RMA) and shipping instructions within 1-2 business days.

Refund Processing Time

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 3-5 business days. Refunds are automatically credited back to your original payment method (Stripe / Credit Card). Depending on your bank, it may take an additional 3-5 business days for the credit to appear on your statement.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange your projector for a different model, please initiate a return for the original item and place a new order for the desired product. This ensures the fastest processing time.
