All prices displayed on Household Texture are listed in United States Dollars (USD). Your final checkout total reflects the complete item cost with free standard shipping within the continental United States. Any applicable state or local taxes are clearly itemized before you authorize payment.

Your payment details are never stored or seen in raw text by our servers. We use Stripe Elements, a modern tokenized framework that complies with the strictest security standards:

Billing Confirmation & Timing

  • Charge Timing: Your payment method is authorized and charged immediately upon placing your order.
  • Order Confirmation: As soon as your payment succeeds, you will see a detailed Order Confirmation page and receive an automated receipt via email with your order number.
  • Descriptor: The charge will appear on your bank or credit card statement under the descriptor: HOUSEHOLDTEXTURE or STRIPE* HOUSEHOLD TEXTURE.

Order Cancellations & Refunds

If you need to cancel your order before it ships, please contact us immediately at sales@householdtexture.com. Once processed, refunds are automatically credited back to your original payment method within 3-5 business days, in full accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
