Free Shipping on All Orders

Household Texture offers free standard shipping on all orders within the United States. There is no minimum order requirement - every projector ships free.

Order Cut-Off Time & Processing Time

Order Cut-Off Time: 5:00 PM EST (Monday – Friday). Orders placed after 5:00 PM EST or on weekends/holidays will begin processing on the following business day.

Handling & Processing: Orders are processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days (Monday – Friday).

Delivery Timeframes & Carriers

We partner with trusted carriers including USPS, UPS, and FedEx to ensure fast and secure delivery.

  • Standard Shipping (Free): 3-7 business days within the continental United States (Monday – Friday transit).
  • Alaska, Hawaii, & US Territories: 5-10 business days.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary slightly during federal holidays and adverse weather events.

Shipping Region

We ship exclusively to addresses within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an automatic dispatch email containing your carrier tracking number. You can monitor your package journey in real-time through the carrier's tracking portal.

Shipping Address Changes

Please ensure your delivery address is accurate during checkout. If you need to update your address after placing an order, contact our support team immediately at sales@householdtexture.com or +1 (973) 242-5423. Address changes can only be accommodated before the shipment is picked up by the carrier.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is marked as delivered but missing, or arrives damaged, contact us immediately. We will open an investigation with the carrier and provide an expedited replacement or full refund.
